Range of services within periodic controls performed by SITR include:

• technical controls of building safety within the scope of construction and architecture
• periodic technical controls of buildings, at least once a year, that include checks of technical state of building elements, building as a whole  and facilities that are exposed to harmful impact of forces of nature and other factors caused by building usage
• periodic technical controls of buildings, at least once each 5 years, that include checks of technical state of building, its usefulness, aesthetics of the construction and its surroundings
