We organize work placements for graduates related to valuation of assets. This course is intended for persons that wish to earn authorization to become an appraiser.
During the course participants take part in a seminars dedicated to evaluation of different types of real estate in our office st. Kajki 10/12 lok. 3 in Olsztyn.
At the first organizational meeting, participants are familiarized with all rules of training and qualifying procedures, leading to obtaining national appraiser license for real estates evaluation. Every next meeting discusses particular real estate appraisal surveys from topics specified by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development from 11th of march 2014, i.e.:
- residential real estate
- built-up real estate
- real estate that renders profit or one that could bring profit
- building of structure
- land real estate
- agricultural or forestry real estate
- real estate as subject of limited property right
Every participant is obligated to complete 6 appraisal surveys from the above list.
